WEBSITE INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF GDPR 2016/679 This document intends to provide information about the processing, purposes, methods and, in general, the management of data collected through the website. This policy concerns only this web page, thus excluding any other pages that can be visited via link. Consequently, pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679, we inform you of the following. Data controller and data subject rights. The data controller is Artist Club, located at Via Sassari 20/A – 39100 Bolzano, to which you may refer (at the email address info@artistclub.it) for any information as well as to exercise your rights provided by the regulations (access to data, deletion, rectification or restriction of processing). You also have the right to contact the supervisory authority if you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully or not in compliance.

Nature of processing. The data processed through the web portal http://festiware.artistclub.it are personal data of a common nature (for example, but not limited to, email, personal details, etc.) and, in general, all those data necessary to register the participant in the event and to respond to requests received. Under no circumstances will our organization process, without prior consent, special categories of data as defined by Art. 9 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (e.g., health status, political opinions, sexual orientations, etc.) or personal data relating to criminal convictions or offences as per Art. 10 of the same European Regulation.

Purpose of processing. As indicated above, data processing will be aimed at responding to users who visit our web portal http://festiware.artistclub.it in order to proceed with the registration of the participant in the event and with any requests received through the contact forms on the pages. The data provided will also be processed for legal, tax and accounting obligations and to allow the management of the business relationship between the parties. For these purposes, the provision of data is to be considered mandatory, and failure to provide it will make it impossible to carry out what has been indicated. Processing methods. The collected data will be processed in paper form and with electronic tools configured to ensure an adequate level of security.

Data retention. The data will be retained for the period necessary to manage registration for the event and to respond to requests.

Communication of data to third parties. The data will in no way be disseminated and may be processed by internal personnel to carry out the processing operations related to the request received, tax consultants, credit institutions, shippers that perform ancillary services to those we offer. Given the involvement of these subjects in the Data Controller's activity for the provision of the service, communicating the data is mandatory. Failure to communicate would make it impossible to carry out the agreed task or service.

Data transfer. The data collected through the website will not be transferred or communicated to EU countries or to third countries outside the European Union.

Automated decision-making processes. Finally, we inform you that your data are not included in automated decision-making processes (for example, profiling activities, which we do not perform).
